Our family has been going to Fripp for over 30 years and this is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. There was lots of space. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The location had a very private feel. The fact that each bedroom has a private bath was a selling point for us! Having two golf carts on site was very convenient, too!!! We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for multiple families. Our stay was for Pledge the Pink- breast cancer walk. The home was perfect as everyone had there own bathroom which made it great with getting ready for our walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and very large for cooking or hanging out. It was so neat to see all of the deer and how they would just hang out while you sat outside. The beach area is so close especially by a golf cart. This was my second time on Fripp Island and if Pledge the Pink comes back again I would definitely rent again. The owners were great for communicating back and forth and quick to answer questions too. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to others to enjoy.

A beautiful home. We enjoyed every space provided, from playing in the yard with the littles to our morning quite time from the upper deck. The added benefits are the 2 golf carts provided. We ALL love our golf cart time. Plenty of room for 6 adults and upto 4 children in the home. Also enjoyed the screened in porch with the TV! Someone was always out there. You thought of everything, thank you !!!!!

Our family stayed at Rolling Tides for my parents 50th anniversary trip. There were 10 of us and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook big breakfasts and dinners. The kids loved the bunk room. There’s plenty of space to play in there. We appreciated all the toys and games. My dad taught the kids to play monopoly while we were there. The screened porch is great to have! We watched deer and raccoons in the yard. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Love the hardwood floors and everything is decorated nicely. Having 2 golf carts made the week go much more smoothly! The kids love riding in the golf carts to go to the beach or get ice cream. Keith and Katie were great hosts! They’re easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We love Fripp Island, there’s no better place for a family vacation! And Rolling Tides is a fantastic place to stay! We would definitely stay there again!

Rolling Tides Fripp was perfect for our extended family getaway. The house was beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked with a lot of extras you don’t find in most rentals. The two golf carts were exactly what our large group needed to get around the island. The location provided a nice, quiet escape. I highly recommend this rental, and it will be first on my list when I plan our next trip to Fripp.

The house was more than adequate for our family. Beds were comfortable. King size bed in Master bedroom, mattress the most comfortable that I have ever slept on! We loved the screened in porch and the upstairs front porch for early morning and evening coffee. The long dining room table was great for our group of 7. We spent a lot of time in evenings at this table playing trivia and card games. I loved the colors and decor in the house! This house is surrounded by palms and live oaks with moss. There is a feeling of privacy and being in your own little tropical island. The back yard is great for playing toss games. The deer were abundant in the yard at times as many as eight and they loved snacking on the grass. The kids loved watching this. The two included golf carts were a hit. My 17 and 18 year old grandchildren loved driving their siblings around the island and to and from the pools and beach.
The house was clean and checking in and out was relatively easy. The owners were very informative and easy to work with. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Rolling Tides was well laid out and easy to check-in for my family of 5, my parents, and my brother, his wife, and their infant daughter. The location of the house was convenient to our favorite beach access at the end of Bonito road, as well as the daily popsicle run to the Marina for my little ones. The house, golf carts, and yard were all so clean and ready to allow us to come in and relax and really soak up all that Fripp Island has to offer. The Bryants were professional, easy to work with, and they delivered exactly what you see on the site. I've been vacationing at Fripp Island for 14 years now, and this property was the cleanest property we've experienced. Everything was working as it should, and there were no issues. We will recommend to friends and family who want to visit Fripp!

We had an amazing stay at Rolling Tides! Keith & Katie were the perfect hosts! The house had everything we needed. We LOVED that the house provided 2 golf carts for use so we didn’t have to worry about renting once we arrived. There was always deer in the back yard which the kids loved to see! The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and place to stay! We will definitely be back!

This was our family’s first trip to Fripp Island and it was nothing short of spectacular! Before our arrival, Katie was so helpful in offering insider tips for activities, dining, etc. Upon arrival, we were welcomed in the private backyard by beautiful deer (it was my dream come true!). The home was very welcoming, comfortable and clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the spacious bunk room. The golf carts were so fun and convenient. The home was in a great location. We are already looking forward to planning another trip to Fripp!

This is our second visit to Rolling Tides and our third Fripp trip. This is the most amazing house. Beds are so comfy, location is perfect, house is very well stocked. Keith and Katie are so kind and helpful. The beach is beautiful. Two golf carts are provided to zip all over the island and it’s only a short walk to the marina to rent beach bikes. We rent houses for all of our vacations and this is by far the best one. We will return over and over. ❤️

We had a wonderful week at Rolling Tides! The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owners were great to work with and answered my questions in a timely manner. All of our children had their own bedroom and bathroom and had a great time checking out the deer in the backyard every morning. The golf cart made for a quick trip to the beach or for our endless runs to the food court for ice cream. This was our first time to Fripp but we will definitely return!
