I would stay at this house everytime we visited Fripp Island. It was super clean. Everything was updated and well maintained. The owners immediately responded to any questions we had. I loved the location. The 2 golf carts that came with the house were way better than the gas powered one we rented separate of the home rental. I showered outside more than inside because the outdoor shower was so cool. We had 2 other family's at Fripp renting separate homes on the island
and everyone agreed that this home was by far and away the best! Thank you. We will be back.

We had a great week with our family of 8. The house really was a great fit for us. It was clean and nice! We loved the large table for us to gather around! We loved the backyard also. We had a few cornhole challenges there with the family. Thank you for having us! We enjoyed it so much!

This was our second time staying at the Rolling Tides. Both visits were great! The house is beautifully updated and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare every meal.The outdoor shower, golf carts and the screened porch with a TV are a huge plus! The house is also very accommodating for children. Keith and Katie are very friendly and helpful. Our third stay was booked the night we returned home and we can’t wait until next year!

833 Bonito was amazing! The owners welcomed us with a hand-written note which was a special touch that set the tone for our vacation.
The home was extremely clean and tidy, and well appointed with everything we needed. All of the rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom plus an extra guest bath on the first floor, it was great! The 2 included golf carts were key and the location was a short ride to the beach or amenities. A short walk down Bonito and we had the best sunset viewpoint! We had a great time and look forward to our next Fripp trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Rolling Tides Fripp with absolutely no complaints!
To start, Keith and Katie are very responsive to questions and provided excellent communication as we prepared for our trip. The reservation and payment process was smooth with a couple easy to use options. Upon check in, the first thing we noticed was how updated and clean the home was! The appliances are modern and in great condition, especially the refrigerator which had no issues keeping temp! (We've struggled with this at other rentals.) We were travelling with 2 families, a total party of 10, and this house offered plenty of sleeping and dining space. The bedrooms were great, each with it's own bathroom and TV. The bunk room was especially a hit with the kids!
The backyard is amazing! There was plenty of space for the kids to throw a baseball or football. You don't often find that on the island. The BEST part was the frequent deer visiting the yard, in the morning and evening especially. It seemed anytime you looked out there would be a few wandering through the yard! Again, the kids loved it!
The golf carts provided were in good condition as well. We discovered at one point that one of the carts needed a new battery. Keith took care of it immediately and ensured the repair didn't hinder our trip! We couldn't have asked for a better response!
I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Rolling Tides Fripp. We will absolutely return to this rental again and greatly appreciated Keith and Katie sharing their home with us!

What's not to like about the property! There are so many great features! We particularly liked that each bedroom had an on-suite bathroom. It allowed for each couple/family to have their own bathroom. Loved this! Also loved the screened in porch outside - great to sit and read, even on rainy/gloomy days. Great location as well - property included 2 golf carts and it's super easy and convenient to get to the beach from the location (only about a 2 min golf cart ride to beach access)!

We really enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom, we also liked the location, being close to the marina and good beach access. It was also great to have two golf carts to use and the amenity cards. The house has a great layout with a lot of open space between the kitchen eating area and sitting area to watch tv. We really enjoyed the house and the owners are very nice and accessible.

Everything was great! Having a bathroom for every bedroom (plus the half bath!) was super nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we took advantage of it and cooked most meals at home. We played one of the games provided with our teens (something about pop culture?) and it was so much fun! We played adults vs. teens and the old people won by 1 point. The golf carts were awesome. We took them to the beach almost every night for the sunset. We had been meaning to sign up for Hulu at home but hadn't gotten around to it. This made us do it because we don't have any other streaming services except Netflix. Love that the TV's automatically log us out when we leave (because yes, we forgot to do that). And now we're canceling our cable at home! Outside shower was lovely. Love the library of books! Thought I would finish the book I brought and leave it there, but I didn't finish it after all. Too much chatting with my family! Love that the house was a distance from the beach where you could walk it if you wanted to (sometimes we did!). Loved that the beds were made and ready to go upon arrival. After an 11 hour drive, I didn't feel like making beds! The house was absolutely perfect.
