This house was perfect for our families! We had three couples and four children 1-15! The house was very clean and super convenient to the marina store, marina pool, and a popular beach access. We will absolutely be back, and hope to rent this awesome house again! Michele is extremely attentive, easy to work with, and very accommodating. Anything that came up she was on it immediately. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at Fripp! The house was great and would recommend to other friends. The house had plenty of room for all of our family. The house was very clean and had a lot of amenities that we didn't have to pack such as towels. The two golf carts were very handy and did not have to worry about reserving them as with other rentals. Michele and Scott were very friendly and always replied in a timely manner. If your looking for a place to rent on Fripp Island, check this house out!!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this property. The home was perfect for our large family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Also loved the many areas where we could spread out. The screened porch with TV was a huge hit with the kids and the beautiful porch off the master bedroom was the perfect quiet spot for morning coffee. The large dining table provided a nice gathering space for family meals and games. The kitchen was well-equipped and the furnishings were very comfortable. We loved having two golf carts for quick rides to the beach, pools and golf courses. The home is conveniently located near many amenities and is a short golf cart ride or walk to the beautiful beach. Michele was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to renting this home again!

This is such a well equipped property. Room for everyone. Each bedroom has an in-suite bathroom. The golf carts are a great way to get around the island. Our kids spent most of their time in the screening in porch when they were at the house, it was the go to spot. Perfect for relaxing and listening to a summer storm. We loved the property and the island. Michele was helpful with anything we needed. Planning to return soon!

This is a great house for families with all the essentials included for the perfect Fripp island stay. Our group included 4 adults and six young children. The two golf carts were essential for getting the kids to the beach and pools. The screened in porch with the tv gave the kids somewhere to hang out while meals were prepared. We also loved the location, close to the Marina, for getting ice and other simple groceries. The owners are very accommodating , accessible and quick to respond. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again.

This was our very first visit to Fripp Island and we LOVED it. The house is newer construction, well located, private, beautifully furnished and very livable for our group of 7. We lived on the screened in back porch in the evenings after a days at the beach and pool. The guys loved the flat screen TV on the porch. Golf carts are provided with the rental, getting around this beautiful island was super easy and we did not have to deal with a cart rental company. Each bedroom has its own private bath. The cute kitchen is also very well appointed.

The house is located in between the Marina and the beach, very close to golf and resort amenities. Access is to the resort is available thru the owners (another HUGE plus) .

The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful with both the house and things to do on the Island. We are already planning our return trip this fall.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The house came equipped with everything we needed and having access to two golf carts was an added bonus. The location of this house was perfect and the beach access was close and convenient. The owners of the home kept in contact and was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating. We would definitely stay in this home again!

I would recommend this home to friends. It is great for large families or two families with bathrooms in all four bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. The two golf carts was awesome when family wanted to go in different directions. Location was perfect. We would love to stay in this home another time.

The home at 833 Bonito was great. The house has plenty of room. Very well laid out, and different places to relax. Everything we needed was available. We highly recommend this peppery. Michele was also great to work with during the reservation process!

This property was ideal for our two families. The layout was great and we enjoyed exploring Fripp Island and the surrounding islands also.
